    or if peter crouch could not play for stoke its just not fair it can only happen to the swans

    I think it's probably easier between two English clubs. I could be wrong, but don't we have to go through FIFA because technically it's an international transfer? Or does every transfer have to go through this process...

    it must go through that process only international transfers goes through them, as swansea is in wales, the same if a player was going to or from a scottish team

    Pain in the arse that is, isn't it? Surely they could let the PL ratify the transfers seeing as it's between two teams in the same league? No, wait, that would make too much sense.
