you make the effort to turn out on a freezing cold night to support your team and see a bit of "entertainment" then this comedian destroys it all, helped by the lines "persons"...and who do they answer to? nobody.. Im amazed we finished with 11 on the pitch, the players did well not to lose their heads, fair play to beckford he looked class tonight...starting to prove me wrong, im glad to say.. we would of lost this confrontation a while ago.. with the help of the fans and team spirit we crawled out of a hole the referee and a cynical boro team had kicked us into.. usually I would say two points dropped, not tonight ,it was a point gained against all the odds..boro no doubt (under mowbray orders) had a game plan to foul and disrupt.. it gets you so far but in the long run you need more than that ..we are trying to play the right way..thank god, no wonder the riverside is always so empty.. once they saw the ref was so weak and didn't have a proper grip they were quids in and they knew it... boro are a perfect reflection of their manager, functional and not very nice to look at...certainly no charisma...hence the empty seats at the riverside.. If we start the team that finished tonight on saturday,im sure they will get a positive result at brighton... thanks for nothing mr. ward... you cant......
He was a disgrace and even though NP has made a complaint nothing will happen.Respect the ref dont make me effing laugh
It's not too far fetched to say that Boro could have been down to 9 men and we could have won it about 6-2. Such was our dominance and the referee's incapability of dealing with a situation.
