    Just for once I disagree
With PL, and say this victory,
    Just tops off last weeks
    By quite a few leaps
    A sensational win at Swansea

Bearing in mind that they´ve lost
Just once at home, the way we bossed,
    Things even when behind
    Just boggles the mind
We outswanned the swans from the toss

And this was no smash and grab raid
We deserved it for the way we played,
    With total belief
    Firstly from the chief
Then the players out there on parade

Each and everyone did their bit
And when they do, the pieces fit,
    But we should afford
    A word for E. Ward
    Outstanding, after his injury hit

And great to see skipper again
On the goal trail, that´s now more than ten,
    He´s netted this year
    Stand by to prepare
For a few more from our leader of men

    And thankfully his second goal
To give us a nice two goal hole,
    Just proved decisive
    When Swans got a lift
Late on, and pressed with heart and soul

So here, in this bitter cold clime
It helps so when Canaries find,
    Such a red hot form
    Which really does warm
The heart up in next to no time. OTBC

    Have a great week all,

    Yours, :)

A great win and another double.<party> Should have been 4 or 5, like last week think the result flattered the opposition.
Like the previous 2 seasons looks like we will be stronger in the second half. Always interesting to hear the point of view of the opposing manager. Almost all find it hard to be gracious in defeat (including Rodgers) They had an off day (played off the park for majority of the game) I admit their first goals was good, completely against the run of play. Again we played so well as a team, (well done Elliot Ward) good goals, also a few misses too.
I have watched several interviews where Rodgers suggests they could have won it:emoticon-0118-yawn: tell me when that was??????
I think now it is clear to see we are the ''best'' of the promoted teams ( we must be we just beat Barcelona :smiley-finger007:)
Regardless of today's result Swansea will continue to do well.
For us, I think we will be safe by mid-March. Good luck for the rest of the season Swansea.........the best team won!!!!!!!<cheers><cheers>

We put the boot in the swans
And proved all the critics wrong
    Like a Lightning Bolt
    We unleashed The Holt
Now we're 8th, and where we Belong

I heard that interview too, Mexican, Rodgers was somewhat less than gracious I must admit, but everyone sees it in different ways, the way I heard it, we thoroughly deserved to win, and even a draw would have been hard on the lads. <ok>

    and beef,

very poetic in your old age, I must say <applause>

Hi RBF bor, we certainly went where others fear to tred and administered a swan song.

Must admit I thought we would go the same way as a lot of other teams at the Liberty this season. Hope for the old canary yet LOL.

You´re not dreaming old boy, but I could think of far worse ways to go. <laugh>

    and NORKIE,
I think it´s fair to say that Lambert P. outwitted Rodgers B. and came with a game plan that ruffled their feathers more than he likes to admit.
