At 63 mins in I may eat my words, but the football I am watching is pig ugly. Slow, boring and no flair. Looks like league two stuff. I think we are in a hole and we will only stay up if the teams below us also fail to improve. Dont think we have the guile or passion to play out of it. Barton is DREADFUL. Really want SWP to catch on fire (not literally), but just think that he is too lightweight. oh how I miss Faurlin......
Barton and SWP should be dropped. Found myself shouting at the screen for SWP to just pass it!!! Tried some stupid pass with the side of his foot and gave it away. He's just messed up another chance and thankfully now he's off...
Bring it on although sadly it won't happen as he won't walk away from the money. With the wisdom of hindsight he was a terrible choice.
Thought wed go down after we lost the Norwich game. Quite simply we are a poor team with poor players at this level and our home form is appaling with our away form not much better. Shame the team cant perform as some of them talk. Roll on Barnsley at home in August and at least we will be back to where we should be and might see us winning a few games.
It was NW that brought Barton and SWP to the club! This sort of talk is ridiculous... the players are letting the club down... sending offs, poor performances from Barton, shocking performances from SWP... Just hope return of Cisse will boost up front. Traore for SWP. Young back in defence so we can get Onuaha and Ferdinand together...
