so we lost today...that happens, its called a game, win some, lose some, get over it Im happy if we stay in the Championship for another 10 years or more......... The Premier league is an ugly false bitch, who will rape you in front of your Family and spit you out League 1 and 2 is better than the ****e Premier league has to offer, in terms of fan satisfaction
This is the second thread telling everyone not to get too worked up about today's result. Despite the fact that nobody was worked up about in the first place.
Life is not worth living if we're not in the premier league. It's like sniffing a load of coke on a night out, once it's gone you just want it more and more, it's a crazy addiction. And then on every night out after you will want it again or it just won't be the same. We could get beat 4-1 in the premiership and it's like sniffing a load of £80 per G flake and taking Charlotte Church home, or win 4-1 and sniffing a load of £100 per G rocket fuel and taking Megan Fox home. Or we could get beat 4-1 in the Championship and it's like sniffing a gram of speed and taking home Eileen Grimshaw, or win 4-1 and be like double dropping on some pills and taking Gail Platt home.
you was at the game , you should try sitting through the match report it was like being on suicide watch at St Elsewhere starring Jack Nicholson as .. . . .
That's a bad "sniff" you've got ,I think you're coming down with something,it's best you see a doctor or more preferable a shrink .You obviously don't enjoy normal day to day life.
Actually it's more like heroin. We had that amazing euphoria back in 2008. And no matter what happens, THAT will never ever ever be repeated. It was the initial hit, somewhere we'd never been before and it was absolutely amazing. Whatever happens between now and the end of the season that particular hit will never happen again even if we are promoted as champions! Next season, should we be in the Prem even winning at Old Trafford and the like will not be the same as winning at The Emirates in 2008. We've had that hit and it has gone! Expectations will be higher and although any wins against top teams will be good it just won't be the same as THOSE occasions back in the day five years ago. As such we'll need to increase the dose. Qualifying for Europe or winning the FA Cup (whilst in the Prem) might come close though.
