When we play bad, we have been, I say I wont come on because emotions running high.

Well taday those emotions are running high again, but a nice high.

Still lots of problrmd to sort out, still injuries are our curse but for now I just want to enjoy the moment.

Some great football, Henderson MOTM with Colback close second but what we had today was fight, the crowd fought and the players fought, its all we ask for.

Henderson was great today and Colback wasn't too far behind him...It was great to see and hear the vast majority of the crowd really getting behind the lads, even when things were not going our way...
The only down side is that I soon have to get ready to do another damn nightshift!

Disagree Syd, thought Cattermole stole MOTM for me, outstanding performance and how many times did Steed skin that ginger kid? must have been sick of his life.

Missed the Bardsley injury, what was it? head by the looks of it but still no announcements from the club.

Also just got back and thought Colbeck played well today without doing anything fancy but played the ball well.
I know i predicted 3-0 but hey who cares lol
Nice to see sess have the confidence to take the penalty and i thought the lad was confident and nice to see someone wanting the ball and not running away.
Well thats us safe and hope the inquest starts on
    1. Why so many injuries
    2, Why not enough forwards
    3. We need to buy a team and either make the loan players permanant or send them packing.

Thank **** for that, we're dropping like flies at the minute and the mind boggles at next weeks forward line up.

Concussion. They took him to hospital in an ambulance, but he was conscious on the way. By 5.30, he was back in the ground and o.k., according to Bruce's Sports Report interview. However, Bruce doubts that either Welbeck or Gyan will play again this season - both hamstrings.

Spot on mate but I gave the MotM award to young Jack Colback for a terrific energetic performance that gave us the drive all afternoon and still only his 2nd full EPL start. This kid was the captain of the youths and the reserves and has something about him. I hope he has played himself into a full contract and is given a chance to shine in his own right.

Well done lads. Safety achieved and with 4 games to go, that end of season flourish my well still be on. Bring on Fulham next weekend.

I heard that Colback was the better of the 2 (Henderson) when they were coming up through the ranks but young Colback was too small so never got his chance earlier. Some player now though and agree Cest, he ran his socks of, put the foot in when needed and gave us that much needed steel in the middle.

In my opinion Bruce should play, young Colback in all of the remaining games, there's nothing like experience at this level and he will be all the better for it, we are safe now and it was Wigan, Therefore the experience gained will be vital for next season injuries permitting

    Well im trully flabergasted!

Wasnt expecting that! When we went 1 nil down i was thinking here we go again but all credit to the lads like, they came back fighting and all that after so many substitutions that wernt expected!

Well done lads, however im still very concerned about our terrible slump after the christmas period and our players seem to be made of glass!

Basically when we wernt in the FA cup and they had a few weeks off after christmas and Bruce himself went to Barbados and the squad went on holiday coz we wernt in the cup anymore, i think this is an absolute outrage and is a very bad message to give the squad, it says oh well lads, if ya dont try in the cup ya can have a nice winter break in the tropics!!

Also whoe ver is in charge of general fitness and physio etc...... needs sacking coz its rediculous how many knee and hamstring injuries weve had, cant be a coincidence!

All in all though, a good performance finally but Bruce still has a long way to convince me hes the man to take us to the next level!

    HOWAY THE LADS

Good to see you too Syd. Shame you missed out on all those lovely ladies.....

Best atmosphere for a long long time. Enjoyed the game so much. Yes there were things wrong but considering the pressure on everyone it turned out to be an exciting game. BTW I asked the ref for a penalty as he went into the ground and he duely obliged!!!

Totally agree......Cattermole was superb and led from the front, that tackle first half on Diame was outstanding! I also thought Ferdinand was superb when he came on.

On a side note i think Muntari was pissed.
