just as we thought there are reports in Caughtoffside that Saf is going to offer 10-12 million Plus Berbatov and Evans for Modric,I know we have problems in those area's but i hope we say no.i don't think Evans is that good,and i don't think it's agood idea to bring berbatov back.
 
I think that Levy has to stick to his word. He cannot come out a publicly say that he is not for sale at any price then bend over again for SAF.
Modders is staying. I know that's a bold statement but I am seriously hoping that he will give us one more year.
 
Insulting offer but here we go again. How long would we get out of Berbatov? Evans I don't know. We bought back before and it didn't work and I hope Harry takes note of it.
 
Ermm, by my calculation that values the deal at around £22mill. Swap deals very rarely happen but the papers are obsessed with insisting nearly every deal could involve swapsies.

I read yesterday that SAF was still in the hunt for sniejder and that Inter were buying a replacement from Arsenal. (can't find the link).

As a Chelsea fan... obviously Im disappointed that Modric looks as though he will be staying with you. I thought that he would ask Levy if he could leave in order to get Champions League football. I think it shows that Levy has some big plans for Spurs which he must have stated to Modric to help him stay.
 
I hope you're right. The one thing that still bothers me is, we still haven't heard from Luka that he's staying because Levy has convinced him to. Not just because he's being forced to. Because, in the long run, that ain't gonna work.
