I think that Levy has to stick to his word. He cannot come out a publicly say that he is not for sale at any price then bend over again for SAF. Modders is staying. I know that's a bold statement but I am seriously hoping that he will give us one more year.

Ermm, by my calculation that values the deal at around £22mill. Swap deals very rarely happen but the papers are obsessed with insisting nearly every deal could involve swapsies.

As a Chelsea fan... obviously Im disappointed that Modric looks as though he will be staying with you. I thought that he would ask Levy if he could leave in order to get Champions League football. I think it shows that Levy has some big plans for Spurs which he must have stated to Modric to help him stay.
I hope you're right. The one thing that still bothers me is, we still haven't heard from Luka that he's staying because Levy has convinced him to. Not just because he's being forced to. Because, in the long run, that ain't gonna work.
