Just seen a thread about players we could sign in the summer if we have the whole £35 million to spend.

Now due to the undoubted quality of every team there is going to be some top players going down to the Championship next season!

Providing we don't get relegated ourselves I think we should look to some of these players...

Possible Teams to Get Relegated

Wigan - Rodallega and Figueroa
Wolves - Jarvis and Doyle
West Brom - Brunt, Dorrans, Thomas and Odemwingie
West Ham - No players that interest me, Parker will go to much bigger club!
Birmingham - Dann, Johnson and of course Larsson on a free.

Then we can also go for Elmander as long as his wage is small. These are all proven in the prem and I know people say we shouldn't go for relegated players, however there is no Derby, Sunderland or Portsmouth style team this year who were awful when they went down and had no quality. This season there is going to be three teams that go down that have a lot of quality and will all be unlucky to go down...here's hoping we are not one of them!

Would definitely go for Dann/Johnson, was trying to think of a defender like them but could only come up with huth
I said Jarvis too, we could definitely use him
Brunt/Odemwingie would be pretty good too!

West Ham - I would take Noble and Obinna, no strikers of particular interest which is really where we should be looking
Wolves - Jarvis, but again no strikers there that would be better than what we've got
Wigan - I would take Rodallega
West Brom - Too many average midfielders that we dont need. Would be interested in Odemwinge
Birmingham - Nothing there

Dann or Johnson (I say 'or' because both would be excessive) would be great.

I really want Dorrans. Excellent, excellent player, but we have a lot of depth in central midfield. I'd have him over a million Stephen Irelands though.
