    Goodbye Swansea
    Goodbye QPR

So who is the 3rd place reserved for?

    My choice would be between:

    Wigan
    Blackburn
    Bolton

    Your Thoughts?

A new day has dawned. We'll (QPR) soon be soaring high to the heady heights of 15th or 16th :) Glad to see we've been written off so quickly. Little stat....Only 2 of 9 previous teams to concede 4 at home on opening day have been relegated. Oh and I think Wigan will struggle more than anyone this season.

If buy any chance you could put up the 9 teams you mention, with the years they were in the prem that would be most appreciated, Thank You <ok>

I can only find these eight, but it seems to be a pretty accurate statement

    Arsenal 2-4 Norwich (1992/93)
    Sheffield Wednesday 3-4 Tottenham (1994/95)
Crystal Palace 1-6 Liverpool (1994/95 - Palace relegated)
    Southampton 3-4 Forest (1995/96)
Leicester 0-5 Bolton (2001/02 -Leicester relegated)
    Middlesbrough 0-4 Arsenal (2001/02)
    Everton 1-6 Arsenal (2009/10)
    Wigan 0-4 Blackpool (2010/11)

The missing one is Everton 1-4 Arsenal (2004/05). I should have listed them myself so thanks to Dazz19

Hey Huth....still think we're (QPR) certs to go down? Yes still a long way to go but with new names still to come I think (maybe slightly biased) that we're looking good to stay up.

It's all opinion you have yours and I have mine, my thoughts you will go down as you don't have time to strengthen now you've got new owners. Still it's a funny ole game!

I think there's time to get at least 2 good players in. Would be surprised if we got SWP or Scott Parker but we've been linked with a few others that are very promising. And they're more likely to come now we have a very stable ship once more.

I wish you luck mate, not quite sure if the loan Market closes at the same time as the transfer window, might be an option as well, thinking about though the prem teams must announce their 25 players over 21 that they are going to play soon so probably both closes at the same time.

The swans need a couple of defenders in before the window closes though, hope we don't need to go shopping in january , the sales are not good then lol

You're right Jager, its next week the 25 man squads have to be confirmed so they only have a week. Personally I think all three promoted sides will stay up.

I just thought i would inspire your team, with a few harsh words that were said to us (STOKE) when we lost our first prem game, glad my words worked for you.
Great win & all the best for the season <ok>

If we do not get 5-6 players in with the same / better quality than we have now, then no
