So, the 'Save' campaign have now contacted Bristol City council and requested a Judicial review of the village green decision.

Listen to this beauty being interviewed on Radio Bristol, he can hardly string a sentence together let alone organise a coherent argument against the council.

    50 mins in,

I'm getting the feeling this is a last ditch attempt at saving face and it appears to be a poor one. (but you can never tell in this shambles of a country)

That guy is a complete ****ing waste of time. Seems to know nothing at all about what has actually gone on and just responds sarcasticaly to everything asked of him. I genuinely hope that guy gets to speak in court and make a right tit of himself. They were always going to wait until the last minute before doing this. There is no valid reason for not accepting the split site proposal. I hope they pay massive legal fees and end up getting thrown out :steam:

I've only just woken up after falling asleep halfway through the interview!!! what a t**t they hang on for almost three months before putting in application then want the Council to reply immediately? and you are right doesn't seem to know what the hell he is talking about. Do so hope he is their representative. Also cracking west country accent he has.
