One gathers that a gentleman seen wearing a grey and green hooped top did smash a window of a fine drinking establishment on the High Street of the metropolis that is Linlithgow. The FBI and Europol have put out an APB on the alleged perpetrator and are confident that they will catch this master criminal before the end of the year.
