Thats all we need! Every game in the next 4 weeks absolutely vital ---and JT will more than likely miss all of them! Two cracked ribs are not going to clear up overnight! He would have been vital in some of the battles coming up!
    There aint no justice!!!!

If he can play on he will. Can't think of a player in Europe who has his level of guts and determination.

Statement from the club. apparently, he did it in Benfica last week. -
Scans confirm that John has two cracked ribs sustained in last week's game in Portugal. We have been able to manage it and will continue to do so.
We will continue to monitor it on a daily basis and will assess him for upcoming games.

But he is "past it", "overrated", "slow" and "rubbish" according to all the 'experts' so surely that is a good thing? <laugh>

He'll be lost for words DL! All sides would give a thumbs up to facing us if JT was missing! Our game against the Queens is one where they assume we'll be going to war again! Robbie will make sure we play football and nothing else and leave the Queens worse off in their relegation battle!

Well it would allow him to say hello to his mate Anton especially as John can now speak Klingon. Toucan By Luck <whistle>

Must be hairline cracks only. Even so, he can't be at his best. I had cracked ribs once from getting whacked by a surf board. It was all I could do to breath without passing out. He must be one tough sod to play through that.

Ferdinand's a right **** for being (allegedly) racially abused, having to spend a fortune on a bodyguard because he was in fear of his life despite the fact it wasn't even him who claimed to have been abused <ok>
