Thought you meant the bloke from Dallas at first!

John Ruddy is utterly top draw, it's going to be bizzare for Ads' testamonial!

John ruddy and the fabled Fraser Forster on the pitch together!

Both excellent keepers, but Ruddy has got that little bit extra. Top, top keeper!

I know some might think this a little harsh,he's had a great season and I never agreed with those who said he wasn't up to it but...did anyone else think he might have done a little better against the Suarez goals?

This is a difficult one as JR has undoubtedly put in some great performances i.e. at Anfield. However, he has made several bloopers too, notwithstanding the fact he has only kept 2 is it ? clean sheets all season. He's a 'good' keeper but not outstanding as some have suggested. For this reason he's not getting my vote for player of the season, that goes to the one and only Grant Holt ! <ok>

Hmmm Jordan Rhodes on same programme, wonder if we will see the two of them together again soon?

Definitely on the first one, he's a big guy and maybe he should have done better. He is still learning

Keepers are like fine wines, they get better with age and Ruddy has time on his side. To be a premier legue regular in your mid twenties is not always a given for good keepers. Hopefully we've got many years to come with John in between the sticks

I wouldn't say you could blame him for the Liverpool goals they were all good finishes and it can be very hard to get your positioning right as a keeper when players unexpectedly lose possession allowing little time to adjust. Yes he has made a couple of mistakes but for the most part he has been outstanding. Joe Hart is regarded as world class but he has also made a couple of shockers. The fact he has kept only 2 clean sheets should not be held against him, its a team game after all. Plus the guy is only 25!!! He has his best years ahead of him and if he continues to improve at his current rate we will have an outstanding keeper.

Yes it was the first and third for me.The third was pure luck on Suarez' part but why was he off his line anyway?

Got to disagree about the third goal. His positioning was correct. As a keeper you can't stand on your line when the ball is on half way, you must be ready to sweep up any through balls etc. Ward lost it and Suarez got it under control quickly so had little time to get back.
