    Who could City face in the next stage?

    The draw for the second round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy takes place on Saturday (September 7th).

    City booked their place in round two with a 2-1 win over their rivals Bristol Rovers at Ashton Gate last night thanks to goals from Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Joe Bryan.

    The draw for the next stage will be live on Sky Sports' Soccer AM show at approximately 10.15am.

    The southern half of the draw includes the following teams: Brentford, Bristol City, Coventry City, Crawley Town, Dagenham & Redbridge, Leyton Orient, Milton Keynes Dons, Newport County, Oxford United, Peterborough United, Plymouth Argyle, Portsmouth, Southend United, Stevenage, Swindon Town, Wycombe Wanderers.

    Second round ties will take place in the week commencing October 7th.

    I'd like another go at Coventry, always liked their team and try to get a bit of revenge for that last defeat...

    yep either home or away...although Home would be best as a crowd of 6000 better than a few hundred....lol

    Swindle or Newport for me. My favourite away game is swindle and I have a lot of County fans around me, who have stuck with them through all their bad times, would be nice to remind them of that <laugh>

    Plymouth at home, wouldn't mind Newport either at home.
