Fair play to him, cracking signing if he stays fit and they play him off the bench.

I was disappointed when we released him and hope he does well at Oxford. He never really hit form after his knee op so hopefully will get fully fit !

He changed the game over at Oxford so I'm sure they will be happy with the signing !

Good to see he found a club quick enough he was a good player when fit. Would have been more happy if he went somewhere else not Oxford.

I was a fan of his when he played well, but too many times he either didn't perform for the full 90 minutes or he was injured. Even against Oxford he couldn't be bothered for the last 10 minutes of the match when we were chasing the game, so I'm not too upset to see him go now we have other good strikers. Now he's at Oxford I doubt we're going to be seeing him back soon either. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

JPP on his day was a great player. I remember his winning goal away at Dagenham in our promotion season. Greta pace and a real eye for goal.
I was disappointed to hear he'd been released. He will have a great season at Oxford as long as he can stay fit.
    Best of luck to him!

Best memory of JPP was when we played Chesterfield at home a couple of years back. We were totally outplayed and then in the 95th minute, he turned and fired into the net to claim a completely undeserved point. :D

Haven't seen much of Oxford on here lately. Can't think why.

Good luck to JPP...he always looked like any minute he was going to become a 20 goal a season man...sadly, Wycombe could not afford to wait for him to get started. He was a great sub, but when he started lost interest quite quickly, I thought.
