Interesting to see the boss having a hissy fit with a journo from the Sun in his pre-match conference! I wonder how we will be seen in future articles as a result?
The one thing that puzzles me is that, never before has he ever been short of words, in dealing with the sort of question that sparked it!

He won't last 2 seasons. The media will see to that. I won't be surprised if they work towards getting him ousted so that he can replace Moyes quick sharpish.

Its a thought Spurlock, but I fancy rash changes of manager is something that RA will want to put behind him! I fancy our fans will have a louder voice than the journos!

Jose sure needs some good advice on dealing with the toxic Press. I'd advise his to make them laugh, take the mickey out of himself a bit.
They always respond well to that.
He's under a bit of pressure right now with the Mata thing and poor form, but looks like he's working that out, and Mata is responding in a very professional way. Never underestimate Jose, he will have us up there and firing soon enough.

CP--With you 100% on that! The press need him as much as he needs them! The only problem I have in his 2nd spell is his confidence! Last time, he he wouldn't be moved from his position! Now he has to obtain approval before he commits!

Looks as if the squad is nowhere near as good as the last one. With Drogba, Terry ,Cavalho, Makelele, Essien, Frank and Cech + others, we could defend, score and control the midfield.
With this squad, none of our strikers can score NOR play the 1 up front role, our defence is creaking a bit with JT ageing, Cahill not quite the goods yet, the unconventional but valuable David Luiz being, well, David Luiz. Worst of all we don't have anyone to hold and run the midfield, despite all our very talented attacking midfielders, most of whom are world class. There is an inherent weakness getting the ball back to front, too many passes and not enough pure power.
No wonder Jose is a bit tentative, every game he has to try and get 16 square pegs into 11 round holes. Not easy.
