To be fair he admits that Chelsea have bought titles. I think it's probably less a criticism of Chelsea's title rivals and more a snipe at his master as he knows that he can't compete unless he has a massive budget to work with. Chelsea's latest title took 5 years and cost half a billion in transfer fees. Selling Luiz for stupid money and Mata to a desperate manager covered up the fact that Jose still needed to spend big to win a title.
If his only saving grace is he lucked out on one occasion, I dont think I'm being harsh at all. Remember this is a guy who promised Chelsea fans a year ago he intended to close down their youth academy as he considers it a waste of money.
Whats the actual quote? Did he say rivals are buying the title and thats not fair and they are ****s or did he just say you guys are buying the title (true if it happens and factually incorrect as no one has bought the title yet except us as the current holders)
