Spain Under-21 international Amat is just one possible target for the Danish boss, who is keen to press on with his transfer plans despite the breakdown in relations between Laudrup's agent Bayram Tutumlu and the Swans. Amat is valued at around £2m by Espanyol, who sent the young defender out on loan to Rayo Vallecano last season. The 21-year-old still has three years left to run on his contract but reports in Spain indicate Espanyol would be willing to discuss a deal for Amat as they look to cash in on the youngster.
