He's fallen out of favour at Boro. If we manage to offload Caulker and Sandro that could cover most if not all of his fee. He's scored 173 goals in 301 appearances which works out at a goal every 1.73 games. There's not many available strikers out there at this level with those stats. Worth a punt? Or even try and get a loan deal for the rest of the season.
How can we offload Sandro and Caulker? I could see somebody paying a transfer fee for Caulker but certainly not Sandro. Nobody else would pay them even close to the same wages as us and so I can't see them moving anywhere based on wages.
It would be a dream signing and an equal dream to see the back of Sandro and Caulker, two of the worst signings we've ever made.
Well we signed them didn't we, we can't be the only stupid club out there. You've got to have hope mate, Palace have form for taking our duds off of our hands.

He doesn't seem to fit into Boro's system, always does best alongside a big striker such as Gestede when he was at Blackburn. Not noted for working off the ball either. We can't afford a big money gamble...

Yes, agree ........... we need to make something happen cause our current strikers are lacking at present.
