As it looks more and more likely that he's off to the premiership (possibly to Villa), does anyone know if Roy the boy managed to insert a sell on fee in his transfer to Huddersfiled? If so, and the figures that are being rumoured (10 mill in some cases) we could be in line for a few quid... could come in handy if we need to paint the seats in the ground.
Rumours are pretty strong that there is a sell on clause, How much is a different story, When he was sold it was suggested anything up to 50% but more recently it was reported at a pitiful 10%. Cheers keane, you ****ing beared ****!
Well, 10-20% is the usual average sell on clause. So, if he was to move on, and lets say £6 million, that could be a handy £1.2 million for us... could use that as a dangler to the Pompey lads.
