Hated his attitude a couple of season's ago when he was Skiverton's Assistant. 'Orrible little bastard. Though I imagine when he's on your side you probably grow to like him.

Must say, i am liking the approach being taken by the board towards youth. If we keep hold of Solly as i hope and think we will, this can only get better. Paul Hart was a good addition, and to see another face brought in purely for the development of our younger lot is a good sign. If we can improve our youngsters, at least when we sell them we might get a bit more cash, or maybe even keep them if they are good enough to play for us for a change. Not likely i know, but would be good to grow our own gems and keep hold of them. The chances of the next Messi being the son of a painter and decorator from Woolwich called Dave are slim, but we can all dream ey?
The club hope to be in an under 21 development League next Season with three over age players allowed.Good appointment and it will be good for the continued development of the clubs youth players.
