I know I always say we should look to find future stars rather than buy established ones, but signing Martin Jol's dentist is a step too far! At least we should limit ourselves to professionals with a more physically line of work, such as tree surgeons.

Many a true word is spoken in jest. Jol ought to let his imagination catch up with the reality of the strengths, and weaknesses, of his current squad. Everone, pundits included, agrees that a manager should be given time (2-3 years?) to build "his" team. Jol's apparent perception that he can change systems and personel overnight is to say the least, rash.
