Totally out of the blue the SPL has decided to call off the vote on Sevco taking their place in the SPL. The vote due during this coming week has been postponed because there is no real certainty that Sevco will get into the SPL or SFL 1. This is a major concern for Doncaster and others. The official reason giving is they have decided this morning that they don't know the required number of votes. Looks like a little bit of SPL putting their light blue socks on again and not minding making an idiot of themselves again. We speculated between Sevco needing 8 voted or 11 to be allowed into SPL. It looks like they are trying to give Sevco a chance by changing this to 1 vote or 4 votes to be given entrance. SPL executives want to give Sevco back the ten points so harshly deducted from Rangers last season.
Every fan of every decent club that wins a title fair and square without financial doping is entitled to celebrate and enjoy. Quite a percentage of the huns support have never had a chance to celebrate a title won by fair and honest means. Basically if they were not so nasty and ignorant I would feel sorry for them.
Jim Ballantyne the Airdrie chairman has said his club will abstain in the vote against Rangers . One club that should love to put the final nail in Rangers coffin should be Airdrie . Remember it was Rangers that finished them off for 30 grand . The sfa Council member that wore his Rangers fighting badge to the bigot match in Belfast can't help showing his true colours .
Thank God Harry that all the clubs in Scotland have fans. The bigots and Rangers lover were put in place over the last 100 years to run Scottish Football for the good of Rangers. That is why the referees were Rangers groomed and why David Murray was confident that he could cheat to his heart's content and enough officers of ather clubs would back him and Rangers would never be punished. He diid not realise although the likes of Killie and M'well's chairmen would remain loyal their fans had integrity and wouldn't stand for it. The Sevco and the dead Rangers boards are asking for Rangers to be treated the same as everybody else and I for one agree. My only problem is that I cannot find precedent for Rangers deeds. Every other club who have had to be liquidated were so not for accruing approx 90% of their enormous debts by pure cheating as Rangers have. Other clubs may have mistook their market, paid too much for players and overpaid them and maybe suffered relegation. That is one thing that could happen and would be down to bad governance. Rangers cheated.
