Johnson believes he has the backing of Steve Lansdown and the board..

    * "Asked if he was convinced he still has the backing of majority shareholder Lansdown and the board, he replied: "As we speak now, I am."

    * "We've had every meeting there is to be had. As we speak, everybody is disappointed and I understand where the fans are coming from. But we are not in the relegation zone or bottom of the league.

    * "We are four places off the bottom, we have a game in hand and we are only three points behind the next team above us in the table. This is a bad day for us, but it is not a disaster. We still have lots to fight for moving forward."

    We are stuffed..

My confidence has sunk lower than a stone in a diving bell.

Why jump out of a perfectly good plane that is still just above the ground?

For Lee it's a mild setback....he's still entitled to compensation for failure. Not bad work if you can get it.

I remember 1For having a laugh a few weeks back when Junior had his contract extended.
Looks like Junior's won the lottery - for being useless.

The luck of his personal draw I suppose but it will leave a sour taste for some time to come.
