    John Sullivan, the creator of Only Fools & Horses, has passed away at the age of 64.

    A truly great comic writer. I loved "Dear John" which he also wrote, very underrated.

    I used to enjoy the episode titles, a bit like the hotel name in Fawlty Towers, things like 'Diamonds are for Heather' and 'Fatal Extraction', I also really liked his taxi sitcom, 'Roger, Roger'. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered

    True legend was still going with spin offs from Only Fools and they were still funny. True legend RIP John Sullivan.

    I actually forgot he wrote Citizen Smith, you youngsters will not remember it but it was as big in it's day as Only Fools was.

    Brilliant.
