    A sad loss indeed. The man was an inspiration to everyone. As a kid's coach in Australia, I based all of my sessions on his & Jan Coerver's drills - the sheer unbridled joy on the faces of 6 year-olds when they gained the confidence to use the skills in matches is something I'll never forget.
