I believe the max we can fine a player for 1 incident is 2 weeks wages so this can be considered 6 weeks. I hope we sacked him straight away and dont pay him a penny.
He should not be paid for the period that he don't play but I understand that the most you can fine is 2 weeks for each incident, so that is 6, but then due to the severity of the case maybe an exception could be made and you could fine him more, why should he get paid to sit at home and talk **** on Twitter.
Its the maximum allowed by the PFA. There maybe exceptions for other things like drugs bans etc but we dont really know and I hope we sack him before he even serves his 1st game.
