We've all got our opinions on him, but he's been pretty vocal on twitter about us and JF96, this is his latest:

He's gone up in my estimation of late. Looks like he's got a bit of cl action with Marsaille next year.

I found it funny few years back when he said he wanted people to think of him as a positive role model.

look even a total asshole can have manners about something that they know affects everyone i ntheir area.

barton is one of the biggest toerags i've ever seen.... I've no time for the spoilt brat at all... he has a long history of violence and abuse, not elast of which was burning a kid with a cigar at a christmas party.... Just cos he can show some modicum of decency doesn't excuse his antics.

funny how other people who we all know of still to this day act so scummy about hillsborugh.... no need to name them here we all know thier names.... funny how a thicko like barton can see 96 deaths as a tragedy but these so called intelligent individuals show thier true filthy rotteness and total lack of human sympathy yet never think to do the stupid things barton does.

    Its a sad world.

The guy seems a decent enough bloke away from football it's just when you stick him on a football pitch (or training) it seems to bring out the worst in him.
