Joey barton ban over?.

    I have heard that Joey barton's ban is over, would he play against us next tuesday and cattermole!.

    Yes he will be playing against us on Tuesday. I have ITK info that QPR are getting him on a one game loan from his club where he is on loan for a season just so he can play against Cattermole. You heard it here first. Get your money on.

    this is rubbish

    at the time he went on loan it was reported that his 9game ban (or however many games it is) only counts while he is available at an english based club.

    since the season started he has been at Marseille so will still miss 9games once he comes back to QPR or whoever

    because QPR have played 9fixtures this year or what??

    the English league and Cups are run by a completely different organisation to the French League


    Its like us signing Gourcuff off Lyon in Jan on loan and he gets sent off for punching someone in his last appearance for Lyon and the French FA hit him with say a 15games ban. The 15games would start when Gourcuff is back at Lyon or at a French side not while he is here playing for us.

    Only way this would not happen is of he was suspended for those 9 or 12 games at marseille, not sure if this was the case mind, if it was I am the one who is wrong

    The ban length is with QPR, so while on loan he was suspended from League competition, but could play in Europe. He has completed the ban, but is on a season long loan.

    He was banned from QPR's first 12 league games. His ban is up but as said, is on a season long loan.
