Having watched him in Copa America 2011 & U-20 World Cup. This guy would be a great bargain at 1 mil pounds, Arsene has pulled out a stunning signing, believe me & remember this day! Joel could be that someone, you were missing all these past few years. He shows character. That is the reason he was included in Costa Rica's senior team in this year's copa america. I guess there will not be any issues with work permit. Good luck to Joel and yo Gunners lot.
