Perhaps rather than just coming on to this board and simply looking to start as many arguments as you can with Pompey fans (I sometimes wonder what you'd say if we were just praising Saints) do a little research first. Micah (Mike) Hall has been threatened with legal action over one of his blogs on the financial side of all things Pompey (I'd point you in the direction of where they can be found if I thought you were in the least interested. Now, regardless of whether you think legal action is warranted (which I'm sure you have an opinion of whether you'd read it or not), I'd suggest that to wish that someone be sued for every penny they have is pretty "vile". Especially when it's coming from a fellow Pompey fan.

If somebody libels somebody or makes defamatory comments about them, then the person is perfectly entitled to seek damages, it will be for a court to decide not you or I . Surely publishing something untrue about someone is "vile" so if a judge finds that the famous mr hall did in fact lie I presume you will be condemning him on here. Just because someone writes something that backs up what you want, does not make it above the law of the land. If hall wrote an inflammatory blog that included untruths then he deserves to be sued. Pointing that out is hardly vile.
That's not the point ducky. Put aside what Micah is saying for a minute and whether we think it's correct or incorrect. For a so called Pompey fan to wish someone lose every penny they have is disgusting, just because Micah isn't sitting on Chanrai's hand like JM does. I don't like JM, but i wouldn't want him to lose all his money. To me it just seems JM is bitter. Micah is a freelance journo. He doesn't get paid for what he's done, yet he's the one that has uncovered the illicit and criminal undertakings that have gone on at our club, whilst JM has made snide comments from the sidelines, preaching tolerence of Chanrai and insulting the people of our city. FWIW. A lot of people are behind Micah. We've already raised over 1k for a fighting fund since saturday evening if the matter is taken to court, and the figure keeps growing. Clearly the people who matter think what he has wrote is true as well. What is it? 4 times the FL have told Harris and his cronies to piss off. They've told Chanrai his chances of ever owning our club are slim to none. They've seen what he has wrote, sources and all and have made decisiosn based on his blogs.

I completely agree with you that if Mr Hall has indeed written something libellous no doubt at all that the offended party has every right to seek damages. This certainly about what I consider right or wrong, I provided the links to the blogs for anyone interested in the context of Joe's tweet. Again, just to repeat so you don't misunderstand my point. What I find "vile" is Joe's tweet about wishing Micah gets sued "for every penny he's worth". Even you'd probably agree that it's a bit over the top? Joe has some very strong opinions which he's entitled to and no doubt he's suffered some personal attacks at the hands of a few idiots (equally "vile"). But after all that many people associated with PFC have lost (and I mean employees here, not fans) wishing someone lose everything is cruel. And he's not backing down on this if you read some of his tweets.
Well, after reading his Tweets I have to say his arrogance is staggering. I mean, I've complained on occasion about Southampton fans being arrogant but Joe whathisface is a whole different level, and at least Southampton fans have at least a tiny bit of justification for it seeing how their last few seasons have turned out. Being as arrogant as Joe when bottom of League 1 just beggar's belief.
So much mud to sling and so little time. The clock is ticking against the club's very existance. This is a distraction we could well do without!
