We wouldn't get a dev fee if he goes to Rangers.

Rangers are said to be willing to pay Joe Aribo £20,000 a week. Charlton are rumoured to have offered only £6,000 a week.

This won’t be a difficult decision

Worse case scenario, we get no development fee and he wastes his career in the wastelands of Scottish football. No offence FHB.

Aribo would want to work with & learn from Steven Gerrard.

The only downside will be playing 36 meaningless fixtures per season in front of 3,000 crowds.

He could have stayed in League One if he wanted to do that.

Sorry he's just 22 so Rangers would have to pay all of £300,000 as compensation.

And still people say football is not all about the money. Absolutely clueless.

Once the agent rings a player to say a club is interested in them, the first two questions from the player are who are the club, and how much they are paying.

The majority could not give a f*** how many appearances they make.

    FFS Elf!

Give it a rest mate.. there will be quotes when Aribo leaves but until then he/his agent is talking to other clubs... that is clear.

Hope is an anagram of Peho and peho ain't going to cut it!

To get Joe to sign another contract we need to either...
    1) Offer him a lot more money..or
    2) Get Bow to sign a new contract..

    Peho ain't worth diddly!

Bowyer signing a new contract will have zero bearing on whether any player signs a new contract.

It's all about the wedge. Ask Poyet, Elliot and Hamer.

Always an exception to the rule.

Solly would not get a gig elsewhere.

and then there is yourself, you choose to work as a cleaner in a charity shop rather than get a better paid job elsewhere... it's your choice because you enjoy the work.

Bowyer is very well respected by the players and so it will have a bearing on whether some of the players sign.

    You talk b@llocks little legs.
Bowyer signing might not only sway maybe a couple of players staying but also stop a couple going.

I don't doubt the Bowyer bit, but cannot agree on the rest.
