I might get the chance for a badge on Saturday

Bah!
I only go to a few pubs and tend to stick to pubs around the city centre - eg the Plasterers (FAB pizzas), the Ribs of Beef, the Rumsey Wells, the Ten Bells and the Alex to name but a few, but not all in the same evening!! Hic!!!!
Edit - I've just picked up the latest Aldi brochure and see that they are having a 'beer festival' week next week, so will have to get a few to set aside. <cheers>

I've just been up to my 'corner shop' - aka Aldi and some of the beers look fantastic, s oI'll have to go up in the ccar tomorrow and buy at least one of most of them. They've even got Oakham Inferno in bottles, so I'll definitely have to try that.

Me and my bro managed 9 stamps in just under 2 hours. Granted after a pint in the first we thought better get s riggle on. So haves from there. We started in the reindeer and did that run finishing in the maids, we then had to meet the women folk at the forum so nipped in the Walnut and sir garnet on the way. Avoid the garnet, not one ale over 4%!

Thanks for the tip re the Sir Garnet General.
I'm meeting a fellow fan on Fri and starting at St Andrew's Tavern and heading to Micawbers, Reindeer and the Alex - I might end up for a 'cheeky one' in the Fat Cat and then walk the 1.5 miles home.
Just quaffing a bottle of Wild Heaven from Aldi and it's VERY nice!! <cheers>
