    Dear NUFC fans,

I am a Gateshead fan here in peace.

Gateshead midfielder JJ O'Donnell has unfortunatly had a short carear blighted by injury. Because of this he has only a 50/50 chance of ever playing football again.

For this reason I have decided to set up a Go Fund Me page for JJ to help pay for his treatment after the club announced that they couldn't afford to keep paying for his treatment.

The link to the page is
and donations of any amount will be kindly accepted :)

    Thank you,

    Lee Calder

Nice one Lee, I am going to contribute and I'm sure fans up and down the country will as well. Lets hope JJ gets the treatment he needs and makes a speedy recovery.

I've been to a few Heed games this season and went to Wembley last season, despite losing it was one of the best football days I've ever had.

Absolutely, Lee. There's a massive footballing community out there and I know fans will want to help.

I remember JJ from Luton Town. He wasn't too bad, just unfortunate enough to have been through some **** years with them particularly under that ****ing **** Buckle. The amount of damage that ****er did was unbelievable.
