There is a superstition that any team on top of the table on Christmas day is unlikely to win the league. The top of the table is currently occupied by Manchester City. Manchester City 38 points Manchester United 36 points Chelsea 31 points Tottenham 31 points. I would like to say that only Manchester United can topple Chelsea by Christmas day. The superstition goes further to say that any team in the bottom of the table on Christmas day is most likely to be relegated. Bottom of the table as follow: Wigan 12 points Blakburn 10 points Bolton 9 points ~The bottom of the table currently occupied by Bolton, but any of the above teams can be in the bottom on Christmas day. Over the years some teams were top of the table on Christmas day and went to win the league; also some teams in top bottom of the league and eventually escaped relegation, but it does not happen often. What do you think about this superstition.? Comments.
If the Goons take something from Citeh in the next game then the whole table could be opened right up again Now that's crackers
