JIMMY'S LAST MISTAKE Last night we looked OK Moyes made some good subs to freshen things and we tired It was the EFL and we went for it in a controlled way I guess Jimmy's last mistake was to take off Washington and leave on El Khayatti Moyes had spent the last 30 minutes at least spraying balls down their right wing and we had just about dealt with it with Washington playing OK as a 2nd left back but still getting forwards - good effort basically El Khayatti was terrible. He looked like he was limping then I realised he is slow and flat footed. He didn't touch it all game and never got within 5 yards of a tackle. I don't mind him last 15/20 mins on the left creating stuff but nothing more Chery or Luongo on for him at half time and we would have pushed them backwards and might have got a result. JIMMY'S NEXT MISTAKE Will be to put Henry in the middle for the next game. I thought Cousins had easily his best game last night - feisty in the tackle and getting forwards Sandro was good as when fit, he is good. He obviously tired I go to every home game and haven't seen Borysiuk yet. I thought he was our main signing for central midfield. I know he's been out but he's back now ! I'm looking forwards to Saturday again as we had some zip last night Even the defense didn't put themselves under pressure (I know Sunderland did) when trying to play it out. It will all go again if we have Henry back in the middle we have 4 better players their in Sandro, Cousins, Luongo and I assume Borysiuk
I'd like to Borysiuk and Cousins with Chery ahead of them and perhaps Luongo away from home over Chery who is a luxury too often and goes missing away. Nailed on recall for Karlos though. Washington looked decent on the left. Either him or Shodipo there. Keep the Pole wide right.
I think his biggest mistake was leaving Burton, he was doing great there and was idolised, the step up was a bit too soon for him
