A very pro-Jimmy interview.... It reemphasises how knackered his knee was before we signed him - how the **** did we offer that contract and those wages for a bloke with only one good knee....
City wanted a so called marquee signing and were prepared to ignore the medical advice on offer - I can live with this to a degree but having doubled his wages and to have no relegation clause beggars belief. Its not as if he was likely to be offered such a generous contract elsewhere and he knew it . Most disingenious of the Cockney waster to suggest otherwise.
