in my opinion he whole problem with the current Ipswich team is they're too tense, they want it too much and too badly. I think this all extends from manager paul jewel. Jewel needs to take a month off and let assistant john gorman manage the team for a while so that he can relax a bit and return a more easy going manager. If all the players know he's on edge they cant express themselves freely and therefore dont play they're natural game. Clegg needs to send jewel to an island where he has no way of contacting anyone from the club, somewhere like the maldives. Let him relax, recouperate and then come back a more easy going manager.
