I thought he was the man that made it tick tonight, fantastic performance,Korey Smith was fantastic what a player.

Onwards and upwards,as sky said we look ruthless, something we have missed in years gone by.

Perhaps not being a guaranteed starter any more was what he needed and now needs to show his desire

He did what he always does, strolled around for 25 mins without touching the ball, then came up with an assist (although the time he was given to get the ball in was shocking) and then played a better part in the second half.

His ambulant style is not for me and I can understand why Cotts doesn't start him! Who would you drop from the current starting line up?

    Thought Pack did especially well.
No surprise that Korey could get further forward and reap the result.
They, in particular, had a very good understanding.

I think Pack will play a lot more as the ball gets 'heavier'.

You could only drop Freeman and play Jet there,at present cannot see that happening, however at warsaw we were battered second half,in my opinion jet would have been a better replacement than waggy as he can hold the ball up better.

If Agard is unavailable for Saturday, will we go with JET then ?

JET is there and will not go away, but it is extremely unlikely that we will get to the end of the year without any injuries of any kind to our most forward players.
That is when he will make his mark.
I certainly wouldn't drop Wilbs, Freeman or Agard to make way, but having JET waiting is like having another Christmas present still sitting unopened on the tree on Boxing Day.

Sorry for the Christmas analogy - it is only early October so don't worry

Be interested to see what he does Saturday if Kieran isn't available. Burns (and not JET) was his replacement up front tonight and scored. However I feel he isn't at the right standard yet, Not just because of the one on one chance but also because of the chance in the first half, which fizzed across the 6 yard box, a decent striker would have got on the end of that. it's a puzzle because I think most people will agree that JET would be better in the hole rather than an out and out striker. It's probably all academic anyway as I think Kieran will probably be available seeing it's only a dead leg

Agard will be under intense treatment until Saturday morning,i will be amazed if he was not fit and ready to play,Jet would be the man to replace him, however i have said from day one should play in the hole behind two strikers.

Burns for me is no where near the finished article, cotts comments on sky more or less summed that up.

Glaring mistakes last night, poor finishing need to improve massively for a first team player<sorry>

Burns for me, JET and Wilbraham are too similar.. we need pace in behind strikers

Glad to see that you guys have taken to JET! He was a crowd favourite with us but sadly it just didnt work out for him!

As an aside I bumped into Keith Millen (as you do) at a party last night of a mutual friend and after a few sherberts he was bending my ear about his time with you. The stuff he was saying about Gary Johnson was pure dynamite! <yikes>

Quality player when on form, last night ran the show especially second half,he had a hand in all the goals, but at present will not budge the first eleven.

i would love to see him sit behind Willbs and Agard, but i have not got a clue how Cotts will do that.<ok>
