He Does a job, granted he's not the most gifted player to pull on the shirt, but there's better players who don't give a rats arse about this club, he's not one of them

Jesus Flyer what team do you want? We have to retain some of these players or we will have to buy a complete new squad.

I am not one for kids when there is a job to do ... would buy in experience every day of the week

I agree in an ideal work we would have a young team that we grew together however the vultures would soon pick over our bones if we came successful

Look at Burnley currently a great team flying high but in the Premiership a few defeats and watch the confidence drain and you would be left with players that so far none of the big boys will touch ... all eyes on Kieran Trippier he is playing very well but he is still there.

I agree that we have brought names in and tried to make a team for our best very squads and it hasn't worked but what are you suggesting who are you suggesting?

Easy job to rubbish players and managers but I stand that a decent manager would dream of our current squad and Jenas is a very good footballer still and exactly the right player to have in a squad. If he played week in week out I would expect him to regain his form ... the problem with us is we have no plan and no settled side ... to do a Burnley or a Leicester both of which are settled sides on great form

Yes that is exactly how it seems, and though all our injuries and Barton suspensions of course make the settled side bit difficult for Arry, it's the main reason I want him out now, to give someone else the chance to get us playing with both a plan and a settled formation at least, and possibly get us up to the PL this season.

Forgetting a positive ten minutes in the most recent fixture I'm racking my brains to think of what job he does.

He jogs around Pointing at others pretty well. Only someone with an attention span of a goldfish would want to keep him because he's done sod all all season.

    He's probably a lovely bloke.

As a footballer, not his biggest fan.

So you actually want to totally replace everybody, manager included? That doesn't sound very sensible to me. Haven't you suggested in the past that with our squad hr should have us top of the league? Well which is it?

There's no guarantees Oslo that a new manager will make that happen. Hr has to see out the season and when that happens we'll be able to judge whether the season had been a success or a failure. If we drop out of the play off places, that would be poor. If we get to a playoff final, win or lose, I suppose you could argue that, given pre season expectation, our season has been relatively successful.

Ok, so what are you suggesting? Total overhaul of players and management? Again?

both, we should be top of the league but both management and players have failed hence why most of them should go.

New manager definitely. Not a total overhaul of the players! Ones I'd like that we keep include Austin, Phillips, Ale, Barton, Ned, Traore, Clint (another year anyway), Simpson, Adel and Remy (if we can and are in the PL), Cesar, and M'bia (on reduced wages, so probably not then), and Donaldson and any really promising youngsters.

I haven't suggested anything apart from mooting the dangers of throwing the baby out with the bath water when It comes to squad rebuilding. We've done it before it was a disaster. Dunnes been good for us, why do you want to get rid? Jeans has been average but shows touches of class. Worth a punt in my book. The others you mention hAve for the main part, tried and failed so probably time for new faces. Plenty more should stay and prove themselves, Hoilett etc.

Hoilett's been here for the best part of two years and proven nothing more than how profitable the Chicken Cottage on Bloemfontein Road must be.
