He showed a great attitude and his usual whole hearted approach and fully deserved the goal to make him our top scorer on his own. He epitomises what we need to climb up the table.
He's playing well at the minute. Gives his all. Just needs the ball in the right places and he can do the business. It was a fantastic finish for his goal. City fans going mental after the goal was unbelievable.
He does seem to really be happy here. Which is superb to see. Nice to still know we have a natural finisher at the club too.
He's a good lad, isn't he. Fights for everything and hugely supportive; finish the season in the same vein and August might merit a banner in recognition.
Nobody will come in for him like they did for Long. He isn't as attractive (so to speak) a signing, and any team that would want him would be a relegation rival, and we won't sell to one of them. Which is a good thing, as he's class.
I like Jelavić. He really does put in the effort, commitment and endeavour - which is the minimum requirement for a club the size of ours. It's great to also see he contributes with goals aswell.
His work rate is sometimes his down fall, he's that busy chasing and closing players down that when we get the ball he's out of position! if he let the wingers do more work and he stayed in the middle he'd get more crosses in to him and he'd be in the right position!
Oh yes it wasn't a criticism! I just wish he'd be a little bit lazy sometimes and hang around the box more.
I take your point. He's just got a big heart hasn't he, and he'll scrap for everything no matter what. He's a hero.
There's a lad from hull who writes cartoons. He should be making one depicting Jelavic as a super hero.
I just put someone on my 'ignore' list and whereas under the old format the posters name would be shown, but the post wouldn't, with the message that he was on your ignore list so his post was not shown. There was an option for you to 'view the post' should you wish. Under this new forum the post AND the poster disappears completely. There IS a God!

Does it hide their quotes from other posters? Some of the threads made no sense to me yesterday. I notice there is an option to view ignored stuff down the bottom of the page.
