So?
Hes no the first person to receive a harsh treatment at the hands of the courts and won't be the last.
And anyway, hes probably got a long record which probably accounts for his being sentenced to 4 months. If you're already a dick and you appear at court again doing other dick **** then chances are the judge will jail you. It's why they keep your record recorded, ya know?
