Sorry to bring the name up again but am I right in thinking JBs right to appeal against us terminating his contract expired yesterday?

There's still 'Breach of Contract' and 'Unfair Dismissal' waiting in the wings..... :emoticon-0103-cool:

Would they not be part of any appeal procedure?

Nope, completely different. Any appeal would be to the club in an attempt to get them to reverse the decision to terminate the contract.

Breach of contract and UD are claims made to the court or employment tribunal

Am sure the ex-employee would have to appeal any decision made before exploring other avenues.

At least in my company it works that way.

I cannot think any judge or tribunal committee would even host a meeting when ex-employee had not taken any disputed decision as far as it could go within a companys disciplinary process

Well I thought this saga might have finally run its course - sounds like it could run and run.

not sure on that. but i was told on sunday that Bullard has waved any appeal after Big Joe left the club. JB made that a stipulation of his. it will be interesting but a part of me wants bullard to appeal so that we can hear what actually went on and why it went on. good soap opera.

You mean in the same way that he stopped Nigel Pearson from making a statement about Corrigan?

I think it's done. Reading between the lines and also what i've managed to gather from various online snippits.

It will come out. Just a matter of time

No, that was a classic PR stunt. Make it sound like it was all JB's fault, JB not saying anything.

    Sounds familiar.
