http://www.planetswans.co.uk/Article/View/new-deal-for-jazz-richards Good news this is! I've always had a soft spot for him, and I'm glad he's been rewarded with a new contract. I know Brendan says in the article he's best at right back, but he's got more legs than anyone else we play in the middle so it could be a nice option when chasing a game... Alongside Leon would be perfect! He'd be in his ear all the time saying "short pass! short pass!" but I think it could work. What position does everyone rate him highest?
Great news ensuring our players don't leave on a free is a requirement , if players are to leave it must be for a fee. http://www.swanseacity.net/page/Latest/0,,10354~2495414,00.html
I have always liked Jazz. He has had to step in on a number of occassions for us due to injuries. He has never let us down and played admirably. good on you son. time to step it up a little and become a regular. Good luck.
and also see Glenn Driscoll from Chelsea (The 36-year-old will oversee and support the medical and performance departments at Swansea until further notice. "He's got a great background and tremendous experience and expertise,'' said Swans boss Rodgers. "He is unique in the fact that he is a specialist in both medical and physical conditioning. "His expertise will help both departments of the club and his arrival is a massive boost for us.'' has joined the club
Great news for the club, i Think jazz can be a major player for us if he gets a consistant run in the team.
Jazz Richards is a cracking little player but needs some experience to improve. I remember when he was drafted in at LB against Cardiff at the Liberty last season and he had a really good game. The Bellamy goal that won it was a flash of brilliance and came from the other side of the pitch. It's a long season ahead and he will have a part to play imo.
one for the future is jazz, not at the standard for regular premiership games yet and has a few years to go learning. he would be worth keeping as he is the type of player with time on his hands, also if we do go back down then he is already at that standard and would get a lot more games....Oh and if someone wants him then it will cost them.....thats how it should be....
I think he has the talent to play prem football , i would like to see him get some more game time even if its just for a few minutes, it all helps his development !!
Good to see a proper Swansea lad being re-signed. Gives the kids something to look up to around Swansea. And like tlf said, he has never let us down when asked to do a job.
Good news indeed, and hopefully he will get used a bit more, he needs to be brought on as a sub on a regular basis against the lower end of the table teams, I've said before, that he has the pace and skill to make it, just needs more experience!................. please log in to view this image
