It's a shame his stock has fallen like that, but I think we saw he just wasn't consistent enough in the scoring department.
Bit harsh considering some of the players we have seen over the years! Although not PL or really top end of Championship material I think he will do well for the O's and he did hit a purple patch for us in the early part of our promotion season.
Another one who went to the same "School-for-Strikers" as Altidore, Sagbo, Proschwitz and Graham. Couldn't even get a first team place at Buriram in Thailand where he was on 40,000 a month. Wish the bloke well though.
He was a good striker and a decent finisher when he actually got into positions, but suffered from Sagbo-itis in that he played deeper and deeper. Good luck to him.
His main problem was that he spent too much time in wide positions when we were playing one up front so he was never in the right place to score! Plus he was good to hit one halfway up the south stand at least once a week.
Leyton Orient have strengthened really well, I expect them to walk that division next season. Although a three year deal for Darius Henderson is a bit strange.
I was going to laugh at that statement but then I realised that Rotherham beat them to promotion last season.
He should at that level alongside Darius Henderson. Orient look good for a promotion push again this season.
While he'll never be a great goalscorer I was impressed with his play under Bruce in that promotion season. He should create plenty for Henderson and Kevin Lisbie upfront. I'd like to see Orient go up.
He scored 1 goal in 15 appearances in Thai league, fair to say he'll never be a goal scorer at any level.
