    Has anyone thought about Hernandez?

    He said he wouldn't join Southampton because he wanted European football?

    Great pacey striker whom is surplus to requirements at Old Trafford.

    I don't think we stand any chance but I do wonder why players in his position don't come to someone like us even just for a season to get back on track. We could say give us a season if you have a better offer at the end of the season and we can get our transfer fee back you can go.

    He doesnt play up front anymore. He plays more of a Huddlestone role and distributes it to Bradley Wright-Phillips. Henry isnt at a PL level anymore anyway.

    We couldnt afford him. He is going to win the golden boot in the MLS, he is worth more to New York than his quality in England would imply.
