    Anyone else listen to this?

Got delayed coming home from the match today, so after Canary Call had finished it seemed logical to put 606 on. When Chappers said Jason Roberts was with him I knew he'd be a bit biased but he used the sentence 'a massive deflection and a very very dubious penalty' three of four times in the first five minutes, but when a Blackburn fan came on and said that maybe it was the ref balancing out the blatant handball by Olsson earlier in the half, he claimed he'd 'done a Wenger' and didn't see it.

I've always thought having active players on these sort of things is a bad idea, especially after results like this as Roberts came across as bitter and unprofessional.

Credit to Chappers though for sticking up for us when one idiotic Blackburn fan announced that we were the worst team he'd seen all season and that we would be bottom two along with Blackburn.

Always ignore national media. The Blackburn fan has clearly only seen us play today and is bitter.

But to be fair we didn't play well today.

We didn't play well and we were a bit lucky with Johnson's goal, haven't seen the penalty so I can't comment on that. The thing is Roberts should have commented on it once and then left it. By repeating it over and over and then refusing to acknowledge that Blackburn had a bit of luck as well he just sounded bitter and desperate for reasons as to why Blackburn threw away a two goal lead in the last ten minutes for the second time in a week.

sounds unprofessional to me, Roberts. Fact is he was biased whatever the outcome
maybe we were below par but a point is a point, we didn't lose, and we will play better than this in future games for sure.
i'd like to see the pen decision on MOTD and the Johnson goal - both sound like we are gettting the rub of the green that we didn't have at the start of the season

The Johnson goal was a massive deflection. One of those long range efforts that balloons off a defender and loops over the keeper. Robinson just stood there and shrugged his shoulders as much as to say 'what the hell am I supposed to do with that?'

Not sure Johnson's shot was even on target tbh, probably more of an OG.

Second week in a row our defence has been completely ineffective for large portions of the game. Although I think Barnett stuck to the task well. As for Ruddy, what a difference a week makes. On the whole we were very lucky to get a draw but we have had our share of bad luck. All credit to the midfield, wingers and Morison, kept us in the game. we all know this is football.
13 points from 10 games, still on course for a decent position by christmas. I am quite sure PL will have the boys working hard on the training field, some very tough challenges in the weeks ahead.
    All part of the drama...........................OTBC

Just finished listening to it Dazz, my god he was not letting it go and was certainly hurting ! and conveniently did not see the penalty claim from Norwich. Good to hear some Blackburn fans saying it should have been one though <ok>

Oddly enough he also missed the Morison goal! Looks like he only watched Blackburn play <doh>

Steve Kean is such a genuine nice guy. Much easier to feel sorry for him than BSA.

Agreed, don't know why the fans want him out so much, maybe if he had all the fans behind him and his team playing like that, they'd be a real force.

I do actually feel a bit sorry for Kean. The chicken farmers are slowly destroying Blackburn and he's the one taking all the flack as he's the manager. He's doing a half decent job, but as we all know, when you're down at he bottom and low on confidence, as Blackburn are at the moment, decisions go against you.
