Since then heâs only manage five games for them and is keen to get regular football to keep in contention for the Australia team ahead of the Asia Cup. While right back is our more troublesome position at the moment, with Amorebietta injured and Stafylidis and Kavanagh struggling a bit (certainly defensively) the left back spot could do with strengthening as well. From what I remember of the World Cup, Davidson got caught out a couple of times but he might be a good short term fix (??)
