I hear that we are after this and that player in January however, I also hear that Short is backing MON with 8mil FFS that will get us nowhere at all as we need strengthening from back to front IMO 4 players counting Rose. The 8 mil was paper talk mind so it could be more it could be less but, for the players we need you are looking at a figure of 30 mil I include 5/6mil for Rose in that. We are struggling with MONs tactics but, we aren't getting hammered so get the quality in in January and we should be fine. Yes players prices are inflated in January but, what is that compared to relegation?
Paper talk talc - nothing has actually come out of the club - there were whispers he was only getting 10m in the summer just gone and he spent over 20m so I'll wait and see - won't get myself upset about it as there's no point as it's all bullshit paper talk anyhow
Agreed mate but we still need to either back him or sack him now and if it is back him then 30 mil is the minimum for me. MON always pays over the odds for players he did at Villa not sure about Celtic mind so, that 30mil won't go too far.
Sick of hearing about us needing major money in January. West Brom were put together for less then the price of Steven Fletcher. I think its weak as **** having to keep buying out of trouble. What we really need is a good modern manager with knowledge of the foreign leagues. Michu 2m.
